Deborah Crilly

Deborah has over 20 years’ experience in Recruitment. She joined the Cpl Group in 2018 and is responsible for the service delivery and senior executive talent acquisition for a varied client base including indigenous, SME & multinational businesses.

Deborah has experience recruiting and managing teams across multi-vertical markets and disciplines including, Sales, Marketing, Financial Services, Tax, HR, Legal, Professional Services & Aviation. She has also managed end to end recruitment processes including contingency, retained Executive Search and project assignments.

Deborah began her career in London where she worked for a boutique city firm servicing Legal, Banking, and Financial Services clients.  When she returned to Ireland, Deborah was instrumental in growing leading recruitment brands in Dublin & Cork, across several verticals including Executive Search.

Deborah holds a BA degree in Consumer Studies, a Post Grad Diploma in Legal Studies and is also a qualified and accredited Executive & Life Coach.

Deborah strives to ensure best practice for both client and candidate experience, whilst delivering a valued and best in class professional service.
