Customer Service Specialist with Italian

Currently we are conducting the recruitment process for a global company from medical industry specializing in providing high-quality medical equipment and efficient solutions to use in advancing precision radiation therapies and respond to patients’ needs. With headquarters in Sweden, the company operates in 120 countries in the world. We are searching for Customer Service Specialist with Italian with excellent language skills to support customers in areas of Logistics, Finance, IT and more.
Responsibilities:
✓ Issuing invoices;
✓ Answering to customers queries and resolving issues;
✓ Supporting cash collection processes;
✓ Handling contracts and engaging in sales-related activities;
✓ Providing quality support for customers;
✓ Engaging in technical support-activities;
✓ Updating database.
Requirements:
✓ Experience in Customer Service/Sales (min. 1-2 years);
✓ Previous work experience in corporate environment, preferably at Shared Service or BPO;
✓ Italian – min. C1
✓ English – min. B2
✓ Proficiency in MS Office
✓ Preferably MA or BA in Economy or Linguistics.
