Cpl are supporting a leading organisation within the Education sector to hire a Data Architecture and Integrations Manager. In the role you will join the Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team, which drives innovation and transformation through modern digital solutions. We’re now seeking a Data Architecture and Integrations Manager to lead our clients data strategy, integrations, and AI enablement, ensuring they become a truly data-driven organisation.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver the enterprise data and cloud architecture strategy
- Lead integration architecture and operations, including middleware (Boomi)
- Design secure, scalable data models and pipelines to support analytics and AI
- Establish data standards, governance, and quality controls
- Oversee API development and integration patterns for digital solutions
- Collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals
Experience
- 5+ years’ leadership experience in enterprise data or integration roles
- Proven middleware experience and integration design
- Strong data modelling skills (relational, dimensional, metadata, APIs)
- Experience supporting analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud and modern data tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, SQL, Python)
- Knowledge of modern data architectures (e.g., lakehouse, data mesh)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills
