This position sits within The Department of Finance, who are looking for two Mapping and Charting officers to join their team on a temporary contract, with possibility of extension.
Hours – 37 hours per week (09:00 – 17:00)
Pay Rate - £14.92 per/hr
Location - Belfast/Potential for Home Working
Benefits – 37 days per annum / Flexi time

Job Description:
Operation of Mobile mapping sensor, post processing of the captured data, image anonymization in line with OSNI GDPR requirement, feature extraction from processed data
Specific Experience Required:
Essential:
GIS experience – working with point cloud and imagery, collecting and processing of same. Experience of remote sensing software, data capture. Training will be provided as necessary.
Desirable:
AutoCad software experience, topographical survey experience , photogrammetry experience- training will be provided as necessary
