Senior .NET Developer

Our client is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join their growing team in Dublin. This is an exciting role which offers the opportunity to work on greenfield projects in a customer-centric financial services company, who have won several awards before recently expanding to the Irish market. This role will be for someone who builds awesome software and enjoys cutting edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• You write understandable, testable code (with proven coverage) with an eye towards maintainability
• Help perform code reviews on all pull requests
• Actively invest time in learning better process, practices and techniques for the benefit of your career and the company
• Adhere to statistical code analysis recommendations
• Challenge yourself to keep growing as a developer and document / share your learnings
• Unit and functional test your code before you create a pull request
• Work according to guides and best practices of the team and .Net practice
• Have a working understanding on all technologies used within your team

Core Competencies

·      At least 4 years commercial experience

·      Deep experience with .Net Core (C#)

·      Familiarity with messaging based distributed systems

·      Solid understanding of Software Design

 Experience with the following:

·      Angular JS

·      TypeScript

·      Cosmos DB

·      Azure Service Bus

·      NServiceBus

·      Azure

·      Docker / AKS

Note: This is a hybrid role, with a requirement of four days per week on-site in their South Dublin office.
