Your Role:
As the Process and Formulation Materials (P&FM) Account Manager you will manage the customer relationship for a set of P&FM customers based in Ireland. You will develop sales for GMP Emprove branded products and uncover leads for customized products or complex sales projects whilst protecting and growing existing business.
You will understand the customer pipeline, projects, strategy, goals and work closely with our Field Marketing colleagues. You will take care of the Formulation Development of Small and Large Molecules, in alignment with Upstream & Downstream sales colleagues from our Bio Process Organisation.
You will leverage your technical and industry expertise for generating sales from existing or new customers for the P&FM portfolio within your territory and you will be expected to utilise the available tools and resources to track and report sales activity and share account and process knowledge.
Who you are:
- Good understanding of the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Good understanding of the Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Process (Upstream, Downstream & Final Formulation) & Chemicals used
- Scientific background would be highly advantageous
- Experience in Consultative Selling, preferably in Life Sciences
- Good understanding of regulatory landscape
- Team player
