Cpl HR recruitment have a superb opportunity in the eCommerce sector for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join an existing specialised recruitment team for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will support the business to grow and scale up, while partnering with hiring teams across Europe, the USA, and APAC and manage the headcount budget.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
· Own, develop and implement talent acquisition strategy for the business
· Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to the Talent Acquisition team
· Build impactful relationships with hiring teams and senior leadership
· Create and implement processes to improve our hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring team experience
· Manage the end-to-end hiring process for niche and senior hires
· Partner with the other teams on various projects
· Manage 3rd party relationships
· Have a strong focus on employer branding conjunction with the marketing team.
Skills and experience required:
· Experience in managing a team or having direct reports is essential
· Experience in a complex, high-tempo environment
· The ability to drive and motivate others and encourage development
· Branding experience would be an advantage
· Strong sourcing skills is key
· The ability to build strong relationships with a solutions driven mind set is required
· Knowledge of ATS and strong tech interest
