This is an excellent opp and will report to the Finance Manager.
Duties will include:
- Assisting in the preparing of the monthly management accounts for the group & reporting packages for core entities
- Assisting with the closure of the month end ledgers on the ERP system
- Responsible for the accounting intangible asset and IP recognition process
- Making recommendations on the correct accounting treatment for transactions
- Working cross functionally to deliver streamlining initiatives for the finance function
- Assist in internal and external financial audits including compilation of financial statements
- Reporting monthly on anomalies and specific aspects to Group Controller & Senior Group Financial Accountant
- Deliver reporting packages
- Qualified Accountant (CPA / ACA / ACCA)
- 2+ years Industry Experience
- International Financial Reporting Standards experience
- Ability to take ownership & a drive to improve
- Experience with large ERP’s is essential – NetSuite (Oracle) is preferable
- Advanced Excel – Essential
