Cpl is currently recruiting a Personal Assistant to support a Head of Service for a busy HSE Service located on the Model Farm Road, Cork. This is an initial 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
- 35 hours/week
- €16.07/hour
- Immediate availability
- Site based role (possibility of hybrid after 6-8 weeks)
- Access to own travel as travel to other office locations is occasionally required
What you will be doing:
- Diary management/schedule meetings
- Email management
- Manage/collate data for the team
- Organise and maintain shared folders
- Send out invites and agendas. Take notes/minutes and actions from staff meetings.
What you will need:
- At least 1 year year of administration experience in a professional environment (i.e. secretarial, PA, senior administration)
- Previous professional experience working in a healthcare setting a plus
- Experience taking minutes a plus but not essential (training will be provided)
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
