Customer Service Specialist with Finnish
Gdańsk [Remote]
We're conducting a recruitment process for leading global outsourcing company which provides customer service, sales, technical support and collections services through an extensive network of contact center and home-based agents. The company operates in Europe, North and South America, Asia and North Africa.
Requirements:
- Handling customer queries via phone and emails
- Professional service for company’s client – global brand from IT industry
- 1st line of technical support and answering customers inquires (incoming calls)
- Cooperating closely with other teams
- Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers
Requirements:
- Fluent Finnish (min. B2/C1) and English (min. B2)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
- Willingness to develop in the area of professional customer service
- Experience in working in a similar position would be an advantage, but it is not required
