This role will be responsible for designing and executing the Learning and Development Strategy along with the implementation and optimization of training and development programmes across our client’s organisation. Energy, passion, tenacity and fun are key attributes for this role as they are a growing organisation with a lot of ambition.
Responsibilities:
• Develop the Learning and Development Strategy to support and enhance the Company’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop training programmes, including eLearning modules, supporting these goals and objectives.
• Manage the communication of Learning and Development offerings to drive engagement with L&D initiatives across the business.
• Work with EMT to identify Colleague development needs and support the creation, implementation and delivery of coaching and development programmes.
• Identify appropriate opportunities for leveraging group learning approaches into the Irish business.
• Harness new technologies to support blended learning and self -directed learning
• Lead, coordinate, develop and execute training required by M & A activity, helping those Colleagues integrate into the organisation
• Develop the Learning and Development intranet resources page
• Working with Compliance, manage the creation, planning and delivery of CPD modules and events.
• Harness new technologies to support blended learning and self -directed learning
In conjunction with other business units, develop our Graduate and Intern programmes
