Cpl is looking for a Team Manager to work onsite with one of our clients in the Social Media industry. The ideal profile will have at least 2 years of experience managing managers / team leads in a contact center, support or content moderation space and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication and influencing skills plus a proven track record of building/ growing teams in a busy and changing environment.

Min Requirements:
· +2 years of relevant work experience in a similar Manager role
· You have proved track of record in managing, leading and mentoring Team Leads
· Analytical and problem solving skills to plan strategy and perform root-cause analysis
· Ability to work cross functions and at any levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in managing multicultural teams with diverse skills and personalities
· Work effectively under high pressure
· T&S experience preferred
Main Tasks:
· Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team and offer on-going developmental coaching
· Work with the Team Leaders to ensure development plans are in place to support career mobility within program
· Participate in cross functional meetings to review information received from program support functions - Training, HR, Quality and partner to define action plans that resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
· Proactively identify and implement process improvements
· Work extensively with cross functional teams to identify and implement optimal solutions
· Effectively manage and deliver to all service levels and performance criteria related to CPL and client related programmes
· Lead/Assist/get involved with implementation of program plans (for CPL and client) and guide the teams, providing clear direction and developing the team's professional capabilities
· Reporting CPL program and projects efficiency, impact, outcomes and follow up
· Prepare, schedule and attend Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with client
· Drive and promote positive change as business and client requirements

· 9-6pm Monday to Friday (but flexible to deliver on high priority needs on an ad hoc basis)
