YOUR TASKS WOULD BE:
- Search for candidates in external and internal databases
- Finding new recruitment channels
- Telephone pre-screening, language testing
- Interviewing (currently unfortunately only online, but we hope in person in the future)
- Tracking of candidates (contact by phone and e-mail)
- Adherence to KPIs
- Keeping in touch with partners (negotiating new positions, passing on information to other members of the team)
- Visit new partners through different channels
- Preparation of weekly / monthly reports, administration
- Proactive participation in meetings and brainstorming
AS WE WANT TO BE THE NEW TEAM:
- He has at least 3-4 years of experience in the field of agency recruitment or sales
- You can confidently use English orally in writing
- He does his job precisely
- He sees through the situations quickly, not thinking about the problem, but thinking about the solution
- He has a higher education
- It is flexible for new situations
