Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with one of Melbourne’s leading public hospitals, is inviting experienced Emergency Nurses to join a dynamic and expanding Emergency Department team.
This is a Nursing Pool position, offering you the unique opportunity to work across two major public hospitals, with exposure to a wide variety of cases and patient profiles. Both EDs are mixed departments, caring for adult and paediatric patients, with over 85,000 presentations annually.
You’ll rotate through specialist areas including:
- Resuscitation & Acute Care
- Adult Acute & Fast Track
- Paediatric Emergency & Fast Track
- Behavioural Assessment Unit

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
- Current or in-progress AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years recent acute experience in a large Emergency Department
- Triage and Resus training essential
- Strong clinical skills and fluent English
