SME, farming, and sole trader clients
Services: accounts prep, corporation tax, bookkeeping, VAT (monthly), advisory & systems support
High client engagement – not just year-end compliance

Role Requirements:

Technical: Strong accounting background; ideally familiar with Xero, Bright App, Bright Books (or adaptable to new systems)
Personal: Strong communicator, relationship builder, client-facing skills
Leadership: Manage & develop a team (3 part-qualified + 1 qualified
Growth mindset with progression potential
