- Location: Frankfurt am Main (Lyoner Strasse)
- Office set up: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
- Salary: €60,000 per annum OTE
- Contract: Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (40 hours/week)
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, providing proactive support, enhancing client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients and partners
- Drive account management and revenue growth initiatives
- Increase client satisfaction and retention
- Identify upselling opportunities across products and services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues and inquiries
Skills and Requirements
- Fluent German (C2 level) and English proficiency
- Strong customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in financial services or payments is an advantage but not essential
- Experience working with retailers or eCommerce businesses is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
