Locations: Bristol / Newport / Cardiff / Cheltenham
An independent creative medical communications agency, working with top pharmaceutical companies globally, are seeking an Account Manager with experience in a similar role within medical communications. You’ll be part of a small team of 7 and, supported by the Senior Account Managers, and will work closely with major pharmaceutical clients on all levels up to Director and C-suite.
As an Account Manager you will have demonstratable project management experience from your previous roles with an interest and basic understanding of science and medicine, which will aid you in understanding the various therapeutic areas that this agency covers.
Your key responsibilities will include building positive working relationships and becoming the main point of contact for clients, managing and leading the delivery of client projects (including the logistical organisation of both internal and external stakeholders), developing new business opportunities from both new and existing clients and working ad-hoc as part of the team on projects for other team members.

• Demonstratable experience within a healthcare agency as a Junior Account Manager or Account Executive
• 4 years’ client facing experience
• Good working knowledge of Veeva Vault
