Accounts Administrator- Day Shift - ALMAC
CPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on an ongoing part time contract.
· Pay Rate - £13.81 p/h
· Location – ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon
· Benefits – 34 days holiday per annum (pro rata)
· Hours – 20 hours per week working Monday to Friday· Shift - 10am - 2pm
OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of effective and efficient financial administrative support. Main duties include posting and updating of supplier invoices and other accounts payable specific duties for Galen Ltd.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The post holder will be responsible for:
1. Managing the processing of supplier invoices and credit notes
2. Oversee the Accounts Payable email inbox by promptly reviewing and appropriately distributing correspondence each day.
3. Providing support for monthly Accounts Payable payment runs, including processing BACS and multicurrency transactions.
4. Keeping supplier records current and accurate.
5. Filing of supplier statements and assist with reconciliation of statements to ledger.
6. Be proficient in and regularly use Microsoft Windows based packages such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
7. Communicate regularly and effectively with external suppliers and internal departments, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
8. Assist with the month end closing procedure of purchase ledger.
9. Perform any additional duties as required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience in: Accounts role
GCSE Mathematics & English (A-C)
