This role is aligned with delivering best practice support within our Centre of Excellence. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to both our workers and clients. Among other things, you will be responsible for meeting SLA’s with regards to onboarding and offboarding of workers, supporting worker queries during their assignment, supporting client queries, adhering to escalation processes, providing system support and creation and management of documentation. Your objective is to ensure a smooth service is delivered and escalate any issues that prevent this.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding of candidates,
- Preparing and drafting candidate and worker documents.
- Supporting employees and clients with time sensitive queries via a ticketing system
- Engaging with eternal suppliers to ensure service delivery is met
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Payroll administration support
- Administration of management information (Reports)
Requirements for this role
- Administration experience working in a similar position
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- IT proficient with experience in using Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiar with working to deadlines and SLA requirements
- Customer service orientated
- Fluent in English
