About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and motivating the team to achieve high standards. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and compliant retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a friendly, customer-first experience at all times
- Manage customer queries, issues, and requests professionally

- Complete reports, administrative duties, and system updates accurately
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
- Background in retail or hospitality
- Proven experience leading teams in a customer-focused setting
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems
- A calm, professional approach in busy or high-pressure scenarios
