Audit Manager (Practice)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our practice in Tralee. This is a hands-on role involving audit planning, execution, and review, as well as client relationship management. The role offers excellent scope for professional development and progression, working closely with partners and managing a team of five.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of audit assignments.
• Lead audits from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of 5 team members.
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
• Provide updates and insights to partners.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• 4–6 years’ audit practice experience, with supervisory/managerial exposure.
• Strong technical knowledge and review skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
• Ambitious, with a focus on progression.
