Azure Engineer
An opportunity to join a leading telecommunications and IT services provider within a dedicated Senior team, delivering operational support to a major enterprise customer.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support and incident management.
- Ensure SLA compliance and high service standards.
- Maintain service stability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and technical development.
Technical Requirements
- Azure: Monitoring, troubleshooting, ELBs, Scale Sets, IaC (Git, Jenkins, Terraform), ExpressRoute, routing, UDR, VNET peering.
- Checkpoint: SmartCentre Management, Cloudguard, VMSS, App/URL Filtering, IDS, Antibot, Decryption.
- Cisco: Routing & switching (BGP), packet capture, IPSec VPNs, Firepower Management & Threat Defence, ACI (L3Out).
