- System Optimization: Lead 'clean-up' projects to overhaul and improve client bookkeeping systems.
- Reconciliations: Oversee full-cycle bank and control account reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Tech Integration: Master tools like Dext and other cloud-based apps to drive workflow efficiency.
- Tax Compliance: Draft VAT returns for final review, ensuring all filings are audit-ready.
- Professional Management: Own your schedule to maximize productivity, protect firm profitability, and maintain our stellar market reputation.
- Excellence in Service: Deliver top-tier support to both internal colleagues and external clients, maintaining impeccable organizational standards.

What You Bring to the Team
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or Big Red Book.
- App Savvy: Deep familiarity with accounting ecosystems (Dext, etc.).
- Communication: The ability to write professional, commercially-minded correspondence and communicate fluently in English.
- Technical Literacy: Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
