Servisource Workforce Solutions, part of the Cpl Group, are now seeking to recruit a Brand & Events Manager to join our established Marketing Team.
The potential candidate will be responsible for building our brands and raising brand awareness. The successful candidate will work across all levels and departments of our organisation to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. They will work closely with our sales team to ensure both brand and sales strategies are aligned to meet the needs of the business.
Duties of the role will include (but are not limited to):
• Define and implement brand value proposition message with regular reviews to align to sales and brand strategy.
• Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyse research in order to identify opportunities.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
• Establish and maintain brand budgets.
• Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.
• Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
• Create, execute, and manage marketing programmes and campaigns.
• Conduct short- and long-term planning and management for events, working within a budget and managing spending accordingly.
• Gather feedback and data events and using it to inform future decision making.
• Research and design creative promotional material, stock management and distribution.
• Collaborate with teams to assist with individual brand and events projects.
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management or brand marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent organisational, planning, attention to detail and time management skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem solving initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Full proficiency in ICT systems.
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
• Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
