Job Description:
Flexsource are currently recruiting a Bus Driver / Caretaker on behalf of our public sector client based in Co. Offaly (Birr / Banagher area).

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily student transport route from Birr to Banagher via Kilcormac & Ferbane
- Morning and afternoon driving runs
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and completing required paperwork
- Ensuring safe, professional, and timely transport of passengers
- General caretaking duties at a local training centre (approx. 4 hours weekly)
- Adhering to all driver hours, tachograph, and road safety regulations
- Ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
- Full D Category Bus Licence essential
- Valid CPC Card essential
- Digital tachograph card required
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to complete caretaking duties
- Previous driving experience is an advantage
Hours:
- 24 hours per week
- Morning & afternoon split shifts
- Monday to Friday
Pay:
- €18.19 per hour
Contract:
- Fixed term role until end of June 2026
- Position recommences September 2026
