Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of complex system migration programs and business outcomes. Fluent in German and English, you will collaborate with colleagues both locally and internationally. Your expertise will guide project success, and you'll have the opportunity to mentor and develop less experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract information from relevant sources to establish the analysis scope.
- Analyze complex data sources to produce actionable recommendations.
- Engage stakeholders through workshops and direct interactions to validate information.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholder groups.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders for solution success.
- Establish governance and control measures aligned with company standards.
- Investigate and implement innovative analysis techniques.
- Coach and develop less experienced colleagues.
- Propose cost-effective solutions to business needs.
- Balance competing priorities and assist with prioritization.
- Maintain up-to-date technical and business knowledge.
- Ensure high-quality output for end-users and further input.
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Adhere to defined governance frameworks.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Fluent in German and English.
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Already located in Dublin.

What We Offer:
- Annual Salary: €60,000.
- Contract: 6 months fixed-term.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid model, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
