A fantastic 12 month contract opportunity for a well rounded Business Analyst to join our client a major player in the European Insurance sector. You must be fluent French and English, residing in Dublin/hybrid with full authorisation to work in Ireland.
Role -
· Participate in the implementation of the insurance claims platform, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system configuration
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
· Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
· Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
· Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals
· Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solution
· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
· Create reporting for various Project committees, Board reports, and Board committee reports to be incorporated in the global programme
· Support UAT during all phases of testing
· Work closely with the Business and Technical Teams during implementation
· Perform root cause analysis of problems, conduct workshops, and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into functional requirement specifications
Requirements –
· 5 years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance sector
· Fluency in English and French
· Business process optimisation experience
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
· Experience in project management and system development
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
