As a Business Development Advisor, you will be responsible for acquiring new SMB sellers for a rapidly growing live commerce platform. This is a high-impact, sales-focused role where you will own the full business development lifecycle—from identifying potential sellers to closing deals and supporting successful onboarding transitions.
What You Will Do
- Identify, source, and acquire new SMB sellers across priority categories.
- Manage the full acquisition lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sellers.
- Prioritize opportunities and manage outreach with disciplined follow-up.
- Work closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth seller transitions
What You Bring
- Fluent in Italian
- 1+ year of sales, business development, or account acquisition experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive acquisition outcomes through effective sales execution
- Strong judgment when assessing seller fit and growth potential.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
