Our client, a leading FM provider, is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to shape their sales strategy, drive growth, and lead a high-performing team. This is a key role with significant impact, offering the opportunity to influence the company’s market position and secure major contracts across the FM portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of the sales function. You’ll develop and execute a robust sales strategy, grow revenue, expand the client base, and manage high-value relationships across the FM industry. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless service delivery and help position the business as a market leader.
- Develop and deliver a forward-thinking sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities across hard, soft, energy, sustainability, projects, and integrated FM services.
- Provide strong leadership to the business development team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value FM contracts, ensuring long-term, profitable partnerships.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives across multiple service line
About You
- 3-5 years progressive sales leadership experience, ideally within FM, Building Services, or Property.
- Proven history of winning large FM contracts across public and private sectors.
- Strong understanding of FM delivery models, tendering processes, and pricing strategies.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience within the MedTech or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial results and leading successful sales teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.
- Commercially minded, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
- Full clean driving licence required.
