Requirements:
- Fully Registered with NMBI is essential
- Nursing Diploma or relevant experience essential
- Minimum 5 years post registration nursing
- Effective Leadership and Communication skills
- Management qualification desirable
- Proven ability in the areas of change management, resource management, conflict resolution, quality & safety management, problem solving and operational planning.
