Company Governance and Secretariat Manager
Location: Cork (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced governance professional looking for a central, high-impact role? We are seeking a Company Governance and Secretariat Manager to manage and develop the Secretariat function, acting as a key link between the Board and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee Board and Committee meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-ups.
· Manage subsidiary boards and corporate governance compliance.
· Advise senior management on governance, company law, and regulatory matters.
· Coordinate ministerial and regulatory consent requests.
· Oversee corporate policies, statutory filings, and registers.
· Coach junior team members and support Board member induction and training.
· Drive accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all governance processes.
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 5 years’ senior experience in company secretarial or governance roles.
· Third-level qualification in law, governance, business, or related field.
· Strong knowledge of Irish company law and public sector governance.
· Experience in semi-state or regulated entities is a plus.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
