Company Secretarial Administrator | Hybrid | Dublin
My client is seeking a Company Secretarial Administrator to join their talented team of proactive professional advisors servicing clients across Ireland. This role is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in one of Ireland's fastest growing professional service Firms. The successful candidate will work closely with our Partner in Naas, Co. Kildare.
This is a 12-month Maternity Cover - 3 days in office 2 at home
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring company annual returns.
- Filing company annual returns
- Preparation of company minutes.
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to our team
- Attending and taking minutes of, or procuring that minutes are taken, of General Meetings, Board meetings and specified sub-committee meetings
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
