CRA Manager (Direct Line Manager)
CRO - Outsourced to single sponsor
Permanent - Remote
Salary: circa £55,000 + benefits
We are looking for a Dedicated Line Manager to join a well-established CRO – outsourced to single sponsor who is a leading, well-renowned global pharma. The role is responsible for managing a dedicated team of clinical research professionals, predominantly CRAs.
This role is ideal for a Senior CRA with line management experience who would like to step up or an established clinical line manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, support, guidance, mentoring and coaching to team daily
- Regular review and evaluation of all assigned individuals
- Aid in resourcing, recruiting and onboarding
- Ensuring all team target, quality metrics and project objectives are met
- Client relationship management
- Collaborating with cross functional clinical teams to manage project challenges
- Participate in company quality and process improvement
Key Experience
- Senior CRA with people management ready to step up or already a clinical line manager.
- Experience in a CRO or Pharma as a PM
- Strong Line management / People management
- Knowledge of recruiting and onboarding
- Knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience as a CRA is desirable
- Life science degree
