Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in building experience within the banking and mortgage sector? We are currently seeking a Mortgage Associate to join the Customer Loan Solutions (CLS) team, supporting customers experiencing mortgage payment difficulties and helping deliver sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Customer Loan Solutions teams
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and case administration
- Support reporting, tracking, and oversight activities to meet regulatory and governance requirements
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls when required, delivering clear and empathetic service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case management and positive customer outcomes
Key Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Good business awareness and ability to interpret customer circumstances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting) and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage deadlines, KPIs, and competing priorities
- Resilience and professionalism when dealing with sensitive customer situations
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
