Our client is a Multinational and well-established Outsourcing Company that works with the best Companies Worldwide. For these 2 specific Projects, we are we are looking for motivated and ambitious candidates who love to work with Customers in both the Travelling / Tourism & the TV Platform Services sectors, and in a position where you will be handling all questions and supporting direct customers who have will need your full support with their Travels or with their subscriptions. No real previous experience is necessary, because there is a very strong fully paid training and what we are really seeking for is the fluency in one of the languages listed and a genuine interest and a helpful and collaborative approach & attitude.

Amongst your responsibilities, you will:

Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries and/or TV platforms’ subscribers needs & queries.
Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs, subscriptions, technical issues and more.
Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods and/or deal with any TV platform subscribers’ issues.
Support customers with any difficulties, assisting them via calls /chat.

Our main requirements are for you to be:

Fluent in written and spoken Danish or Finnish or Norwegian or Swedish (all no less than a C1 level) and English (B2-C1 level).
Naturally helpful and collaborative with your daily approach.
Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
Active listener and able to communicate clearly with a sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
Highly organized.
Available to work from our office in Warsaw: please note that this is a Fully Office based position with a potential, but not guaranteed, option to become hybrid.
