The ideal candidate is results driven, interested in the luxury goods sector, and dedicated to contributing to reinforcing and upholding the level of service Paul Sheeran Jewellers is renowned for.

You will:
• Provide a luxury standard of customer service to every customer
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Paul Sheeran Jewellers products, practices, policies and procedures
• Prioritize customer calls, customer email, and other customer interactions, with a view to resolving customer issues
• Build lasting customer relationships and trust through dependable advice and solution-driven guidance
• Consistently meet or exceed the department’s expectation for productivity level
• Create professional estimates and valuation letters for the purpose of insurance and customer records
• Liaise with watch and jewellery brands regarding goods returned to them for manufacturer repairs
• Ability to manoeuvre effectively and efficiently through computer systems
• Work cross-functionally with all teams
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in luxury 5-star service environment is preferable
• Native level fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere, encouraging and building strong relationships with both colleagues and customers
• Maintain a well presented appearance in keeping with company standards
• Remain at all times detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily responsibilities
• Self-motivated with ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently as well as with a team
• Strong computer and typing skills, with ability to compose grammatically correct, professional written responses
