We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team for an AI project. This role involves working with AI data to enhance system safety and security. Ideal for recent graduates, this position offers hands-on experience in AI and opportunities for career growth. No prior knowledge of AI is required. An undergraduate degree and a willingness to learn are all you need to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
· Create and review data to enhance our platform.
· Label data following guidelines.
· Check data quality and machine learning tool performance.
· Organize content for easy access.
· Conduct research for accurate labelling.
· Provide feedback to improve processes.
· Explore new data organization methods.
Qualifications:
· Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) and, ideally, another language (minimum C1 level, both in spoken and written communication).
· Bachelor’s degree or higher (equivalent to Irish NFQ Level 8).
· No prior experience required; diverse backgrounds welcomed.

Location: Fully office-based in Dublin South.
Compensation: Competitive salary, ranging from 29K to 39K, depending on bonus structure and shift pattern. On top of that, access to private healthcare and free parking on site.
Working Hours: Fixed shift pattern (no rotations) with options to choose between day or evening hours.
