Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, are now seeking to recruit a Digital Media Marketing Specialist to join our established Marketing Team.

This role is pivotal in driving our brand's online presence, engagement, and growth through visually compelling content.

Duties of the role will include but not limited to:

As Digital Media Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, crafting compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience.

Your artistic flair and digital marketing insights will be instrumental in enhancing our brand's presence and engagement across various online platforms.

·      Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, informative, and engaging video and graphic content for our brand across various online platforms.

·      Marketing Strategy: Leverage a deep understanding of marketing principles to design and implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

·      Platform Expertise: Ensure content is optimized for each social media platform, understanding the unique requirements and best practices for each.

·      Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing, video editing, and graphic design to keep our brand at the forefront of digital innovation.

·      Data Analytics: Analyze performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, with a focus on revenue generation and meeting clear KPIs.

·      Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

·      Ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

·      Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, specifically for social media platforms.

·      Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.

·      Strong understanding of marketing strategies and how to effectively communicate brand messages.

·      Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

·      Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
