Job Responsibilities:
• Perform routine Data Management of Computer Systems as required.
• Manage and perform routine data entry and data verification for these systems, as required.
• Provide Data Management Subject Matter Expertise to support Users of these systems.
• Co-ordinate documentation flow to ensure prompt data entry and documentation completion
• Support the Site Investigation and Change Control processes where required.
• Maintenance, tracking and archival of forms as required
• Manage reports and metrics related to these systems as required.
• Support Audit requirements
• Carry out other duties as occasionally assigned by the Operations Support Manager.
Education/Experience:
• Experience working in a GMP regulated industry preferably in biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience in a Data Management role.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Good keyboard skills and good documentation and office organisation skills.
• Experience working as part of a team, scheduling work and managing, tracking and delivering agreed tasks on time.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• Third level qualification desirable.
