Electrical Maintenance Tech wanted - Cork Based- Full time perm position
Responsibilities
· Machine Fault finding, repair and problem solving
· Performs repairs on buildings and equipment
· Performs preventive maintenance procedures
· Troubleshooting on electrical tasks as required
· PLC programming and troubleshooting
· Assist in the commissioning of projects as required
· Maintains records of scheduled maintenance and recording the data
· Assist the team with identifying areas for continuous improvement
· Skill in reading and following blueprints and assembly instructions.
· Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
· Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
Qualifications, skills and attributes required
· 3-5 years’ experience as a qualified electrician.
· Experience of working in a Production / Manufacturing environment.
· Thorough understanding of responsibilities as per Safety, Health and Welfare regulations.
· Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Enthusiastic and self-motivated
· Flexibility
