Our client, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS organisation, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multiple product engineering teams.
This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering scalable, secure, enterprise-grade software platforms. The successful candidate will combine strong technical credibility with proven people leadership and a clear focus on business outcomes.
The Opportunity
You will:
- Lead and scale multiple engineering teams aligned to key product areas
- Partner closely with Product and Design to translate strategy into execution
- Drive architectural direction for high-scale, cloud-based platforms
- Ensure delivery excellence, system reliability, and long-term scalability
- Build a high-performance culture centred on ownership and accountability
This role requires someone comfortable operating in a growth environment, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Leadership & Delivery
- 7+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering leadership
- Python and React background
- Experience managing multiple teams or complex product domains
- Track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions at scale
Technical Background
- Strong grounding in modern backend and/or frontend technologies
- Experience with scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and production operations
Enterprise Mindset
- Experience supporting enterprise customers with high reliability and security expectations
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to align engineering efforts to business impact
- Confident stakeholder communicator
