Our not-for-profit client in Dublin west have an exciting requirement for an experienced ER Specialist, for a permanent role, with hybrid working on offer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all ER related queries are addressed and recommend on appropriate processes and actions.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Assist implementation of employee relations strategy for the organization
· Point of contact for the escalation of ER issues
· Coordinate Employee Relations casework, in line with employment legislation
· Support and coordinate Trade Union negotiations
· Represent organization during relevant Industrial Relations procedures including WRC/Labour Court hearings, by preparing submissions.
· Provide employee relations advice and coaching to management.
· Coordinate all ER cases and provide data on key metrics for ER related matters, identifying any key trends.
· Keep up to date on any changes in EU Employment Law
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· HR/Business third level qualification, CIPD Qualification
· Full, clean driving license
· 3+ Years Employee Relations experience
· Strong knowledge of employment law and industrial relations experience.
· Experience and confidence working with confidential and sensitive cases.
· Excellent communication skills
