Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced HR and ER professional who are experienced and passionate about Employee Relations. We’re seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex ER cases and partner with managers and senior leaders to drive fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Manage high-risk ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence).
- Advise on organisational change projects (restructuring, redundancy, TUPE).
- Coach and upskill managers to handle ER confidently.
- Prepare documentation for WRC/Labour Court and liaise with legal counsel.
- Analyse ER trends and contribute to policy improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong ER case management in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred.
