Field Marketing Manager – EMEA (12–14 Month Maternity Cover)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid – office & remote) | Start: January 2026
Drive customer engagement and growth across Benelux, Middle East (KSA & UAE), and Nordics in this exciting Field Marketing Manager role with a leading global tech company.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Design and deliver in-person & virtual events (approx. 5 per month) to engage key customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive cross-sell, upsell, and pipeline growth.
- Manage agencies, budgets, and campaign performance, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Tailor global and regional campaigns for local markets to maximize impact.
- Track ROI, KPIs, and engagement metrics to inform strategy.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years in Field Marketing/B2B marketing, ideally 10+ years overall.
- Experienced in international markets (Benelux, Middle East, Nordics).
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strategic, data-driven, and focused on measurable outcomes.
- Skilled at managing agencies and delivering campaigns independently.
- Dutch language a plus; must hold a valid passport for travel.
