Job Title: Filling & Cleanroom Operator (Aseptic)

As a Filling & Cleanroom Operator, you will support the manufacture of aseptically prepared products in a Grade C cleanroom environment. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with some GMP or cleanroom experience who want to progress into sterile manufacturing and aseptic filling.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in vial and syringe filling activities in line with the production schedule
- Clean and prepare the filling room and equipment at the end of filling operations
- Support jet printing activities when not involved in filling
- Follow GMP, Quality Systems, Health & Safety and Environmental standards at all times
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
- Remain flexible in supporting departmental needs and business objectives
- Provide support to the Packaging Department in Casla as required
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of Leaving Certificate
- 0–1 year experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device company, ideally in a cleanroom setting
- Experience working to GMP regulations and gowning for a Grade C (or equivalent) environment is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes in a pharma/med device environment
- Good attention to detail, willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks and working on your feet for extended periods
Shift Pattern (Essential Requirement)
- Candidates must be available to rotate between evening and day shifts on a week-on/week-off basis
- Current shift pattern (under review):
- Day shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Evening shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm (20% shift premium)
Physical & Work Environment
- Aseptic cleanroom environment (Grade C)
- Manual handling, lifting, carrying, pushing and maneuvering boxes/containers
- Use of PPE including respiratory protection, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes and protective clothing
