Finance Administrator
I am working with a Cork-based company that are seeking an Accounts Administrator with a keen eye for detail. This position provides the chance to be part of a dynamic finance team, contributing to the efficient management of financial processes and supporting daily accounting activities.
Duties:
- Managing and resolving customer queries
 - Save payroll reports and maintain up-to-date records.
 - Prepare and file VAT and RCT returns
 - Assist with the annual financial audit.
 - Handle general payroll inquiries.
 - Manage sales invoicing, customer statements, and overdue account follow-ups
 - Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
 - Invoice daily Commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices.
 - Investigate and resolve supplier queries.
 - Other Ad-hoc duties as required by the business.
 
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent.
 - ATI qualification is an advantage.
 - Payroll administration and invoicing desirable.
 - Excellent communication and Excel skills.
 - Strong administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task.
