French or Italian speaking Onboarding & Activation Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Onboarding & Activation Specialist to help sellers successfully launch and grow their live shopping experiences on a global online marketplace platform.
In this role, you will guide new sellers through the onboarding process, help them prepare for live commerce, and support them in becoming active and successful participants on the platform. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth seller journey from approval to launch.

What You’ll Do
Seller Onboarding
- Support new sellers from approval through to launch readiness
- Ensure accounts are correctly set up and ready for live selling
- Confirm sellers have access to all necessary tools and systems
Activation & Launch Support
- Guide sellers through onboarding milestones and launch steps
- Encourage timely completion of tasks to ensure successful activation
- Track seller progress and follow up when needed
Seller Training & Enablement
- Deliver onboarding sessions and provide guidance on best practices
- Help sellers understand how to run successful live commerce events
- Share tips and insights to help sellers grow on the platform
Operational Management
- Maintain accurate records of seller onboarding progress
- Use internal systems and tools to track activity and status updates
- Ensure all processes are followed consistently
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with business development, operations and category teams
- Ensure sellers have a seamless onboarding and launch experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, onboarding, account support, or operations
- Fluent in French or Italian and English both written or verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage workflows and follow structured processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and internal tools
- A proactive mindset with strong follow-through
