As a Generative AI Annotator, you will take on an investigative and analytical role—thinking like an end user, generating prompts in both English and Russian, and evaluating the platform’s ability to deliver accurate, safe, and culturally relevant responses. Your understanding of linguistic nuances, regional context, and current trends across Russian-speaking audiences will play a key role in improving AI performance.
Responsibilities
- Create and test prompts in English and Russian to explore AI capabilities and limitations.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
- Research and fact-check information related to Russian-speaking regions, including cultural topics and current affairs.
- Provide structured feedback to improve annotation workflows and overall model quality.
- Identify recurring issues, emerging trends, and opportunities for refinement.
- Contribute to the development of internal guidelines and best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Native or near-native Russian speaker (C2 level) with strong cultural understanding of Russian-speaking communities.
- High level of English proficiency (C1 CEFR or higher).
- Minimum education requirement: Level 7 (undergraduate degree or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good understanding of social norms, digital culture, and current trends across Russian-speaking audiences.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
