As an Account Executive, you’ll be a trusted product expert focused on closing deals the right way — with the right customers — and setting them up for long-term success. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to demo and close, often juggling multiple opportunities at once.

- Build and expand the client base across German-speaking EU markets.
- Actively manage your sales pipeline and develop long-term success strategies.

- Mentor and guide new Account Executives, helping them reach their potential.
Who You Are
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- 1+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding targets in SaaS, Tech, or MarTech sales.
- Skilled at selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing leaders.
- Knowledgeable about the Ecommerce, Retail, and Brand sectors.
- Experienced in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Confident and creative in outbound sales, using proven techniques to engage and convert prospects.
- Energetic, growth-oriented, and motivated by success.
