💭 Originally from Germany, studied in the Netherlands, now myself living in Ireland, I am recruiting for a German speaking Banking Customer Advisor in Brussels.
Looking for someone with a sparkling and bubbly personality, who wants to work with a brand new client of mine to join a brilliant team of bank advisors in a French company!!
💭 Let me tell you a bit more:
You will be in daily contact with customers, via e-mail or telephone, and will have to answer the questions they may have, identify their needs, or give them solutions for any problem they may have encountered.
Knowing how to help them with the selection of banking products for the customer, and transfer them on to the necessary service when it is not your responsibility.
💭 What I am looking for in you:
Someone who speaks and writes fluently in German, (also required: a good level of English or French or Dutch, as training will be given in any of these languages,) and who knows how to use IT tools (CRM platforms and Office applications).
I am really looking for that sparkle in you - show me that you are motivated, you know how to present yourself, and are bubbly on the phone to chat to.
You should already hold the FSMA certification, or be willing to take the certification within the first 6 months of your employment with my client.
You should also hold a CESS or equivalent at least (Leaving Cert, A-Levels, Abitur, BAC, etc).
Personality-wise I need someone who is warm, cheerful, bubbly, and full of energy. If you think that's you, then you will feel welcome in the team!
💭 What is on offer for you:
- Salary-wise: Junior experience without FSMA certification: 2.200€ to 2.400€/month, Senior experience with FSMA certification: 2.400€ to 2.600€/month (really depending on your experience)
- Office hours: Monday to Friday, offices are in Brussels Scharbeek, and will move to Brussels Louise around June
- Start date: They would get you started by tomorrow!
- Contract-wise: Initially 6 months or 1 year, after renewable and view on CDI (permanent)
- Training: 1 month to 1 1/2 months of office training, after 1-2 days per week of working from home
- Bonus: 13th month salary
- Transport costs: Reimbursement of 75%
